  • Google account information (name, email, profile image)
  • Business/client details you enter manually
  • Invoice data including line items, totals, and currency
  • Uploaded assets such as business logos
  • Payment details handled externally via Stripe or PayPal — we do not store full card data

We may also collect basic analytics such as usage patterns and error reports to improve the Service experience.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate your account and keep your workspace secure
  • To generate and display invoices on demand
  • To enable PDF downloads, email sending, and client sharing links
  • To support subscription billing and plan upgrades
  • To improve performance, reliability, and features over time

Data Storage

Your data is stored on encrypted databases via Supabase. Files such as logos are saved in Supabase storage. PDF invoices are generated dynamically and not stored by us unless you choose to download or save them on your device.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties:

  • Google — authentication
  • Supabase — data & file storage
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Stripe / PayPal — payment processing

By using Invoxit, you also agree to the respective terms of these providers.

Data Deletion & Account Removal

You may request account deletion at any time. Once processed, all associated data including invoices, clients, and workspace information will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Email Communications

We may send transactional emails such as invoice delivery, account notices, or payment confirmations. Future feature updates or promotional messages may be sent, but you can opt-out at any time.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adult business use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Invoxit indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
