Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 29, 2025

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Invoxit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

About Invoxit

Invoxit is operated by an individual, Andres Olvera, based in Mexico. Invoxit provides a platform to create, manage, and share informal invoices with clients in a fast, simple way.

These invoices are NOT valid for tax purposes and should not be considered fiscal invoices compliant with SAT or similar tax authorities. Tax-valid invoicing may be added in the future, but is not available at this time.

Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all actions performed under your credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you agree to notify us promptly at aolvera@andrux.dev.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Invoxit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to submit fraudulent invoices, impersonate another business, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Subscriptions & Billing

Invoxit offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Because users can fully test the platform before subscribing, paid plans are typically non-refundable. However, if a billing issue occurs, you may contact us to review the situation.

No pro-rated refunds are currently provided. You may cancel your plan at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Invoxit does not store or process credit card information directly. By subscribing, you authorize these providers to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.

Invoice & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data and invoices you generate. Invoxit stores invoice details, clients, and related information securely via Supabase. PDF exports are generated dynamically and not stored permanently unless you choose to download or save them.

Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered. Future updates will include a self-service delete function for convenience.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and smooth experience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Invoxit may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Invoxit is provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not responsible for lost revenue, damages, tax penalties, or disputes arising from the use of invoices generated through the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices meet the requirements of your country or tax authority.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
